At Sun Station Horsforth we pride ourselves on providing a happy, warm and friendly environment for you to enjoy some you time. we know how nerve racking it can be entering a new environment but we are here to help every step of the way. our staff are highly trained in all things tanning so feel free to ask as many questions as you need to.

On your first visit we will do a quick consultation to figure out how you tan and what your goals are. Once the consultation is complete our friendly staff members will talk you through goggles, lotions and course options. Then our staff will show you exactly how you use our sunbeds.

At Sun Station Leeds we believe it is incredibly important to check ID and follow all industry regulations. The legal age in the UK to use UV tanning equipment is 18 years of age or older. At Sun station, on consultation you will be asked to show photographic ID if you are lucky enough to look under 25 years of age.

Forms of ID that are accepted:

• UK Driving/Provisional License

• Passport

• Citizens Card

Forms of ID that are not accepted:

• Birth certificate

• Bus pass

• Utility bill

• Any document that does not include a clear and visible image of yourself.

Please note if our member of staff does not believe the identity document belongs to you or is authentic then they are within their rights to deny you the service or ask for a second form of ID.

At Sun Station we do not allow any under 16 year olds in the building. this is for health and safety reasons. therefore we do not allow children to sit and wait whilst you have your sunbed. You must also be over 16 to book a spray tan or beauty treatment for health and safety reasons. If you are 16 years of age and you wish to have a spray tan, an adult will need to be present.

We are located in the heart of Horsforth. Our shop is a small shop on New road side in Horsforth.

We have lots of parking at Sun Station Horsforth. There is road parking which you are Able to park for up to 2 hours. There is also a huge car park to the rear of our shop that can be accessed via Victoria gardens. This car park is free and has no time limits.

At Sun station Leeds we have made it as easy as possible for you to catch a tan. We accept bookings and walk in appointments.

Please note all spray tan and beauty appointments must be booked in advance and a deposit is required for larger bookings. Walk in appointments are not accepted for these services. All spray tan or beauty treatments must be booked via fresha and your card details are held incase of a no show. (policy displayed on fresha)

Please note all sunbed bookings require no deposit however if more than 5 appointments are marked as “no show” per calendar year, your online booking account will be blocked for 30 days. If your appointment is cancelled in advance, no action will be taken.

At Sun Station Leeds we take eye protection extremely seriously. We offer free disposable eye protection that will be offered at the reception counter. If you would prefer your own plastic eye protection, these can be bought at reception for a small price of £3.50.

We strongly advise you wear UV appropriate eye protection.
